I have problem with engine, when its warm, its making some light noise.
In Bmw service they told me i have damage on 5th or 6th cylinder. Do i have low oil pressure problem?
Is it fixable or do i need to change engine?

You can measure the engine oil pressure using a pressure gauge of that is the concern.
the car is not my. its for sale and all what i know is from saller what he told me and from test drive that I did. Test drive was ok. Car response good, only i noticed in low rpm needs time to build up strength and in high rpm was something rattling. i didnt have any instrument with me or nor i m expert in that matter. Saler giving car for very low price. Should i buy and try to fix it or change engine. or leave it. So said saller, "The woman" drove the car and didnt notice strange noise in car. Guys in Bmw service asked her did she noticed this noise, she said no, so how much time did she drove like that dont know.
If this is the case, I would pass. BMWs are complex machines that needs very high maintenance and deep pocket to own.

I have another offer with changed engine on 211 000 km. Now car has 260 000 km, so engine have 40 000 km. Should I buy that or used one with 150 000 km but "no engine problem". I thought, its better to buy at low price and change engine cause you get a new engine, and by these used ones that they're selling with "good engine" with 150 000 km I think something will break down. That's the way I thought better buy at low price and change engine.
Pass on that too. The issue is not the engine, as a matter of fact, BMW engines are excellent but the plastic parts and electronics are cheaply made and break and cost a fortune to replace, that's one of the reasons you should not buy a BMW unless you are willing to pay a lot for the repairs.
Should I buy Toyota Celica and live happily ever after. :D. I have now Bmw coupe 320 diesel 184 HP. Its a great car for me, but does not have that petrol sound, and suspension and handling by 335i is much better. The moment I sat in 335i, I said this is the car I want. 😀 This is n55 engine.
N54 engine sound better also, maybe than 335is?
Get a Honda Civic Si if you want a sporty ride or even better, Civic Type R.

There is no cheap fix for engine damage on a BMW. Guarantee you that is why it is for sale.
