?... How can I replace my brake fluid, not adding, replace with new fluid... Last time it was done by local service center, I believe I can manage, I'm very mechanical, former machinist, thanks in advance for your extensive knowledge...

If you have ABS, you'll need the proper scan tool to set the solenoid position to correctly bleed the system.
No abs...
You are fortunate. The instructions posted by @glen_stet should get you there.
