I have a 2009 kia optima, when I step on the brakes the lights work fine but when I have the headlights on the rear right light turns off when I step on the brakes. I have changed the bulb, light socket, and I checked all my fuses dont know what's wrong please help.

You have ground issues. There is a short in ground wiring.
