Hey everyone, I’ve got a question that I hope someone can answer for me. Does anyone know why both my obs trucks keep blowing the #13 fuse?? One truck is a 1997 Ford F-450 XL 7.3, and the other is a 1997 Ford F-350 XL 5.8. Whenever I apply the brakes on either one the fuse blows and the brake lights stop working. The 5.8 only started doing this after I fiddled with the brake light switch. On the 7.3 all the brake lights work with no fuse present when I press on the trailer brake controller someone else installed. Any help is appreciated thanks!!

sounds like you have a short

All the symptoms of an electrical short. Can be a major pain tracking it down.
