Hey everyone i'm needing a brake master cylinder for my 90' F150 and i'm wondering if I should buy brand new or find one at the junkyard?

Go new. The seals would be bad or would not last long if you got one from the junkyard.

I wouldn’t chance it, definitely go new!
K yeah I just went new. So the brakes still have a bit of travel but brakes a hell of alot better than it did.
