having issues with getting the brake rota to come off the plate with the four wheel bolts won’t come off, I took everything off but still no luck, also tried a hammer. The link shows a photo of what I’m dealing with (it’s not my car in the photo but looks exactly the same)

It's called a rotor. I don't see a link or photo and can you please provide your vehicle info as the instructions asked. Thanks.
no arrogance intended. I honestly thought you didn't know that it's a rotor. We get a lot of inexperienced people here. ( I would have understood disc if you has said that).
Try gently lowering the vehicle onto the disc and see if that cracks it loose. Some have a retaining screw so check for that first. Your photo looks weird. It doesn't look familiar to me at all.
