Brake Rotors

When replacing rotors does it matter if your vehicle has torsion bars or is it something not to worry about. I have a 2002 Ford Ranger XLT 3.0L if that helps any.

Torsion bars are part of the suspension. They have nothing to do with the brakes.

It shouldn't matter. The rotor should come off after removing the wheel, caliper bracket, and retaining screw on the rotor (if applicable).

Cool, I started panicking a little because I ordered some new rotors and it said for front torsion bar just to find out my truck doesn't have front torsion bars lol. We'll see when it come to replacing them.

A quick check of the rockauto.com database shows that vehicle could come equipped with different diameter rotors so that is something to keep in mind.
