Do I need my 2013 Toyota Sienna with 143,000 miles Brakes replaced. I got them replaced around 40,000 miles ago.

Brake pads need to be inspected. They are not changed on a schedule.

Exactly as mmj said. It all depends on your driving and braking habits. I know of an incident in which this person ended up having to change their brake pads on a brand new car after 8k miles due to their crazy driving and braking. Not saying you would need an 8k mile brake pad replacement, but saying it all depends on your driving and how much you've used your brake pads.
