I have a 2012 Toyota RAV4.
When brakes get warm they make a grinding sound.
I replaced all pads and roters on all 4 wheels and cleaned out all caliper pins.
What can be the problem?

well if you really used high quality brake pads and rotors you can't beat the brakes grinding it could be that the wheel bearings are worn and when you break it stresses them and they can
