I just bought a brand new 2023 Volvo XC 90 it when I got home it opened up and hood says they did not put windshield wiper fluid and I noticed that metal rusty piece shocked. The dealership said it is normal for the back side turbo piece. What’s your thoughts on this? Let me know if you would like to see a picture.

Show us the picture. Also, don't believe anything from the dealer considering you just bought this brand new.
