I have Toyota Corolla 103, Van DX, yr 2000, manual transmission. Everytime i press breaks it sinks to the floor but when i pump the second or third time it's okay and the car stops. What could be causing this problem? Please help.

Air in the lines. It’ll pump up and be fine then when at a stop or next time you hit the brakes it’ll sink. Should just need to be bled more

Yeup. Air in the lines. BUT check for leaks and re-bleed.
