Manual or Automatic transmission?
The CRV fluids same as any other car you can suck power steering fluid out with like a turkey baster fill it up driving around a couple days then do that again do that four or five times that will get most of the power steering fluid out. If it's an automatic transmission they have drain and refill plugs you can just Google it and you'll see videos
I used the Prestone "Asian" power steering fluid in my CRV. It's been in there 4-5 years now with no issues.
For the transmission and rear differential (if you have All Wheel Drive) stick with the Honda brand.
