Hi..I drive a 2006 accord it's Automatic and has just below 220k miles on it...it burns oil between oil changes not so much that I have to add oil (I change my oil every 2000 miles or slightly less) ...after driving for a while ..the tail pipe gets a bit oily...when it smokes..it does for a little while then stops...and then acts as if it has never smoked before...at a point I thought I had to drive it for an extended period of time before it smokes but yesterday I notice when I drove it a little harder than usual ..it began to smoke very shortly after...then I turned the engine off after a few minutes I turned it back on and then the smoke stopped..... I'm stuck between whether it's a pcv valve issue or valve stem seals..help please.

Those engines are known for burning some oil as they get up in miles like that. Unless you plan on doing a rebuild, I would just live with it. You aren't having to add oil between changes and you're coming up on a quarter of a million miles....its time for it to be burning a little oil.
