Hi, I have a 2003 Lexus rx300 with 223k miles, recently when I was driving my brights all of a sudden just turned off and now do not work. The bright signal in the dash comes on and my fog lights go off when I turn on the brights, but they aren’t working. I checked the fuse and the fuse is good.

swap the relay

Check the relay. Also check the bulbs, it would be unusual for both to go out at the same time but it is possible.
