I drive a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado Custom automatic and my truck is bucking really hard when I accelerate to pass a car. What could be the issue why my truck is hard shifting when I accelerate?
It can be a lot of things. Modern cars are super complex. Best let Chevy run a diagnostic scan and figure it out on their own warranty covered time.
Yes, I just took it to Chevy last week and got to take back next week. They said that they fixed it. However on Wednesday morning when I hit the highway, I thought that I was on a bucking bronco.
well you have to take it back again. Unfortunately it's a trial and error process sometimes. (mostly "error" when it comes to dealerships)
Okay, you can say that again. Thank you.
For something that new, presumably under warranty, the dealer should be figuring it out and fixing it.
I know Chuck, already took it to Chevy dealership last week. Got to drop it off again next week for the same issue. They didn't fixed it.
Dealers hate warranty work, it's a money loser. You'll probably need to put on the gorilla suit and escalate the issue.
Okay, will do. Thank you. {black}:displeased: 😡
