Hi scotty love all the info you have provided through put the years. I have one question. I need to buy a new small cargo van for my business. I'm an electrician. I recently sold my 2012 ford transit connect. It had a bad transmission. I've been eye balling the newer versions and also the nissan nv200, also the dodge ram promaster. Which small cargo van do you recommend for my business?
Unfortunately, I don't think there are any good small cargo vans at the moment. The Ford might be the lesser of evils.
If you can get away with a minivan or SUV, that might be a better option.
The Promaster city is a basically a Fiat Doblo with a FCA touch Ram transmission seems like ultimate pile of junk. Ford may be better but ecoboost engines are weak and based on junky Focus. Nissan NV200 is FWD and will thus have transmission issues. Consider a minivan and just fold the back seats or a 3 row suv and just fold the back. Like a Toyota Sequioa just fold the back seats down and there you have a guz guzzling cargo van;)
