My Saturn has been in the shop since October 17, 2020 it went in for a cracked head gasket because it was leaking coolant. Turned out the heads were broke too.
Long story short it developed a bad idle after all parts had gotten replaced. The mechanic said that it sounds like it like wants to die but it's good when its driving. the mechanic replaced the engine on his own dime and it still has a bad idle. He also replaced the coil packs with ignition module and spark plugs again on own dime. It still has the idle problem so now he wants to replace the computer could that be the problem
You should’ve stopped trying as soon as you found out it blew the head gasket. Stop throwing good money after bad & call it a day.
Has he given you proof of putting in a new engine? Engine numbers? Old parts?
I just got the car back today and needless to say, the car is still the same
What’s he gonna do next? Give you a new car ‘on his own dime’?
