2014 Explorer S 100,000 Mile Maintenance

2014 Explorer S with 101,000 miles.  90% of miles have been long distance highway miles at 55-75 mph.  Routine maintenance performed to date.  No major mechanical problems.  Original brake pads.

Schedule for 100K  maintenance recommends new plugs, PCV valve and change out of coolant.  Can maintenance schedule be extended because of high percentage of highway mileage?  I have read that 100,000 highway miles is equivalent to 10-20,000 city stop and go miles.  Is such relevant with respect to the above-cited maintenance?  Thank you.....

The plugs are probably fine. The PCV .... depends how much it costs and if it's easy to replace. I would still do the coolant though.
