Hey Scotty , i know that you are not a big fan about gmc but there is a 2015 GMC Sierra with 180,000 miles with a 6 cylinder engine and automatic transmission. There is no check engine lights or transmission codes. The car rides pretty good. And they are asking 18,000 from a dealership.
You think it would be a good buy ?
Do some price research online. It's a terrible deal.
No way.
It’s a great deal!!! For the dealer…
Way too much money for a high mileage GM truck. And it’s at the point now where if it didn’t have much issues before you most likely would encounter them soon enough after purchase. You don’t want to take on a money pit.
As my first car I had a 2008 Chevy Malibu ls had to replace the engine and parts for that car was kinda expensive and every week I was in the shop for something . And now I have a Honda Accord coupe with 130,000 miles rides like a dream .
But then I saw this truck for sale and it was a gmc and I thought it would be a better purchase
Unfortunately, and as a GM owner myself of 2 vehicles, it pains me to say (but it’s the truth) that GM quality has gone downhill over the last 2 decades especially on their newer vehicles and trucks. Save your money and sanity and avoid that GMC.
Severely overpriced. Easy pass.
Run away ! Even if it runs fine now, it won’t be for long. I’m actually impressed it has actually lasted that long... unless of course, many parts have been replaced or fixed already then that would explain why it’s still running good with that mileage
That is a terrible deal.
