I’m about to get a Toyota Avalon 2013xle model with 121k miles on it from an out of state used car dealership for 9900 ..5k down then financed. They took the car to a mechanic and checked it and they said the fluids have all been changed and. The break pads tires etc are all damn near brand new, but that the front bumper was repainted? The vehicle areas a trade in. Do you guys think that’s a good purchase?
Clarification: The dealer had the vehicle checked by a mechanic of their choosing?

Have your own mechanic check the car. If the issue us only cosmetics, negotiate the price.
