My wife drives a 2013 Prius C, it gets great gas milage we can drive from Charleston SC to Port Canaveral FL and back for less then $100. we have just about 110,000 miles everything still works great.  I have been told that the batteries last about years.  We want to trade it in for another hybrid. I want to buy a used another hybrid but I'm from New York, so I don't trust that I'm going to be told the truth about the condition of vehicle. Cause people will tell you anything but what's wrong to get rid of their problems and dealers will do anything to make a sale.  what is your opinion about the hybrid batteries and their life expectancy.

It is usually best to go with new hybrids to get the best results. If used get a low mileage one. Most people I have known have gotten between 150 and 180000 out of the battery. I have heard of others even getting more.
