My power steering oil had a leak and unfortunately it spilled over my drive belt. Now its all noisy. I did try to clean it off a little bit with soapy water, the noise is less but its still there.. What can I do to clean it? Any ideas?

Clean all the pulleys with some kind of parts spray cleaner and get a new belt.
