Hey Scotty, first of all thank you for answering my question. I want to buy an electric city car but i dont want it to be fwd (it feels that they dont deserve the money you give). So i have 2 option for now, BMW i3 and Honda E. Which one do you think i should buy? All AWD and RWD suggestions are accepted. All versions of my 2 chosen cars are available at links below.

Unfortunately, Honda does not sell that model in the US. I would suggest that you do a little research on the forums (especially those that focus on the Turkey market) to find out which one fits the best. Here is Scotty's opinion on the i3:
I would not buy any electric car right now. I would look at something else that's not electric.
I'm also not a fan of electric cars but I'm living in Turkey and gasoline prices have gone too high (17 turkish liras for 1 liter gasoline where 4250 is the minimum wage per month) and car taxes are calculated by cylinder volume. So after all whether you have to buy an electric car or you have to pick a max 2.0L engine (1.6L preferably). That's why I'm thinking about buying one.
Test drive each one of them and see which one you like. If they asking too much within your budget, then look somewhere else.
If you can get the Honda E, I’d get the Honda E. I really like what Honda did with that car. It has the potential to be the EV version of what the Civic did to Honda in the 1970’s.
I would also consider the Mazda MX-30 if it was available in your country.
All of these are short range city cars. If you needed a longer distance car, I wouldn’t recommend any of these, the range is too short.
If you have a lot of snow or lots of rain, AWD may be good to have, but otherwise, may be unnecessary.
