What SUV with 3 row seating do you recommend for $15k?

Toyota Highlander or Toyota Sequoia could be a possibility as well, but for under $15k it will have high mileage. Also, the Sequoia will be a gas guzzler.

Does it have to be an SUV? if you need 3 rows to haul people, what about a people mover like a Toyota Sienna?
