Hi Scotty and friends, 2019 Kia Soul, ~29K miles, my sister-in-law said when she was driving and would brake and then would let go of the brakes, she said it makes a "rusty sound". She went to the mechanic who changed her front pads and rotors but she says the sound is still happening. Sent me pics of rotors but they don't look rusty. What could be the problem? Thanks.

Ok, will tell her to check, thanks. Also, maybe use different mechanic.
