2010 tahoe with around 100k miles. Has been sitting for a little over two weeks, I was on vacation. Got the code C0380, Front axle system malfunction, mode switch power circuit low. How do I even begin working on this? I've searched Google but can't find any info on this code.

Have you checked the battery? A weak battery can trip weird codes.
Not yet, was thinking about that. Will get that checked out tomorrow. Hope that fixes it. Will keep y'all posted
