I am looking to buy a used Honda CR-V Diesel. As far as I know, they don't sell these in the USA. But it's a 2018 model and I'm in the Philippines. I hope you can still help. I don't really know any mechanics that are very sophisticated. 

I used a scanner and I got one code. C1850-12: permanent DTC: fail safe relay stuck ON. 

Is this serious? How does this affect the car? Is this easy to fix? Is it worth it to buy this car still? It runs quite well and fairly new. It has a ZF 9 speed automatic transmission. It only has 5,600km on the odometer. I'm buying it from a private individual.
