I would stay away from that vehicle and Cadillacs/GM in general!  That year vehicle has the GM-designed 8-speed AT which has had a lot of issues in a bunch of GM’s vehicles.  It’s essentially the weak point of their vehicles and ruins the experience.  Also, electronics can break and troubleshooting the electrical gremlins can really cost money and one’s sanity.  If you buy, you want it under full warranty the whole time, and then get rid of it before the warranty expires.  My recommendation is if you really like the XT5 and must have it, just lease one.

Correction! 2017-2019 had an Aisin sourced 8-speed and then 2020+ went to GM-designed transmission (9 speed). Nevertheless, the recommendation still applies.
