2012 Camry SE. Steering column rattles when: 1) parked and "jiggling" the steering wheel, and 2) during slow (<10mph) speeds. I have read that the part to replace is nominal, but the labor runs $700.
Question: Is it safe to drive with this rattle?

As long as the play isn't excessive and you don't hear horrible crunching noises. If you hear crunchy noises, that means that that universal joint is breaking and you need to change it ASAP
