Search around on Google and Yelp and ask local mechanics and custom car shops if they do it or know a local shop that might do it. Here’s also a video Scotty did a while back:

Well of course you can get a car soundproof there's all kinds of soundproofing materials out there. Just realized it is a rather expensive procedure as you have to take all the doors apart. Remove all the seats then the airbag system has to be reset. I personally don't know companies that do it but I'm sure there's tons of them out there

Or, you can get a set of noise-cancelling earbuds - they knock out all the road, engine and wind noise, and you can listen to tunes or make calls by connecting to your phone. I got them for motorcycle riding, but they work great in cars, airplanes, etc too. You can find good ones for less than $100.

It's illegal to be driving around whike listening to music in headphones.

@glen_stet I hope you can still hear trains and other hazards coming

Noise cancelling earbuds only cancel the "repetitive" sounds. For example, if I walk into my living room where my stereo is playing, the noise-cancelling will kill all the drums and bass, but the vocals will come through just fine (not that I would listen to music that way). So, I can hear stuff like trains, car horns, people talking, etc. just fine and hold conversations with other passengers. As far as legality, I'll tell the gendarmes that they are hearing aids (you can use them for that, too - but I'm wearing them to PROTECT my hearing).
