Hello, replacing my leaf spring mounts/bushings/u-bolts/etc and was wondering can I reuse the U bolt plate that attaches on top of the leaf spring? It isn't damaged at all or bent.

Yes, you can. If you watch any of the car shows, they reuse the plates all the time.
