Can I spray AT-205 on a timing belt or drive belt?

Hello,

I watched Scotty's videos and he recommended AT-205 reseal to be used on rubber bushings and mixed with engine oil.

Since AT-205 can rejuvenate rubber, I wonder if it is a good idea to spray it on the drive belt and/or timing belt to extend their lifespan and save money. (I have a 2011 Honda Accord V6).

Thank you!

Do not put on belts or motor mounts. Polomers are for softening se {pear}:nerd: als 4 seeps and small leaks. Internals only. {black}:eat:

Oh hell no.

I don't think it can do anything. The belts are under stress and as far as I understand, the AT205 is not good under the stress conditions.

you should replace those when it is time. Don’t try to be cheap.

The only thing to spray on belts is water to isolate a squeak, nothing else.
