98 4Runner, 189,000 miles, AT, 4WD.
My truck runs fine. But has burned a 4th of a quart. Once I break the seal on a quart of oil can I use the remainder later on, or does it go bad over time?

It's not brake fluid so it doesn't really absorb water over time. As long as you reseal it well, no worries. If you want you can also use it to lube up old parts and things, I have like a little bit sitting around for whenever I need to lube orings and oil filters and the like. Also as long as you don't wait for like years you good LOL
