Can someone help me please, I drive commercial with this car ( 2013 Explorer limited 3.5 AWD ) and is killing me with gas.
It’s averaging about 10 MPG.
No OBDII codes, no check engine light on. I replaced catalytic, all oxigen sensors, air filter, air mass sensor is good.
With a full tank it says 250 miles to empty. Took it for a diagnosis and they told me everything works perfect and it maybe something about the computer set up. i know i could take it to the dealer… but i don’t want to do that until i run out of options completely… thank you all in advance !
Well first of all drive slowly from 0 to 50 count the gear changes maybe it's not shifting gears correctly and doesn't go into final drive. But if it shifts fine it's all the gears you seriously have some type of problem like a bad mass air flow sensor leaking fuel inject or something that's using way too much fuel. If you're near Clarksville I'd check them out free Clarksville Tennessee that is my machine will tell me what's wrong after I road test it
