Hi Scotty!! I’m a huge fan, I watch your videos daily. I own a 2008 Saturn aura 3.6 liter. I bought this car from florida and got it shipped here to Buffalo. The exterior of the car is immaculate for a 14 year old car with 125,000 miles. I bought this car with 107,000. I’ve done pretty minimal maintenance. Oil changes every 5k. I replaced alternator, spark plugs, and got fuel injectors professionally cleaned. I love this car and I don’t like paying for things when the break, but I do enjoy fixing them. For example my windshield wiper pump broke so I’m working on putting a universal one in that is 1:4 the price oem. I also installed a touch screen stereo and a 12-inch subwoofer. I recently installed catch cans and expanded the rear pcv valve for less oil consumption into the intake. I also welded a cat-back exhaust cut off that has a remote switch. It can go from stock quiet to a decent roar with the flip of a switch! With the economic state of the country, I’m trying to keep this car as long as possible. I think the transmission is starting to get wonky. I’m weary on changing my tranny fluid. I would love for you to diagnose my car and give me a rough estimate of her life span! Plus meeting you would be awesome!
