I'm looking for a used car maybe 2013 and up with lower mileage but I have only $5000 I don't think there's one in that price range from private seller unless if it's 12-16 years old and 150-200 thousand miles but too old and too many miles it's not gonna last unless if I go to dealer and take installment. I know you don't recommend buying used cars from dealer for multiple reasons but is there something wrong buying used car from dealer? Yeah they charge too much but at least I can take installment and mechanic says it's ok maybe it's not a bad idea.

Yes, look for the best Toyota Corolla you can find for $5000. May have a few miles in that price range, but they're good for over 300k if maintained
