Hello all I have a 2005 Honda Accord and my ac is not working. My compressor comes on, my refrigerant is full but it simply will not blow cold air. Whenever the vehicle is running and I switching it to legs and the windshield or just the windshield on any temp it makes a wheezing noise. Then when I try to turn on the AC in any of the fan positions it begins to make this same noise. It is driving me crazy that I cannot figure this out!

How do you know the refrigerant is full?
