I have a 2017 Audi A4 with 206,000 kilometres on it, I have a loud humming noise above 30 and gets louer the faster i go (sounds like a bad wheel bearing) but when I jack the car up neither of the wheels have any bit of play in them, could it still be a wheel bearing?

Yes. But it can also be a bad tire. It's pretty obvious if it's a tire. Just run your hand over each tire and feel for any bumps or if the inside or outside of the tire is lower at any point
