Hi Scotty, I have 2013 Honda civic 35000 miles. car shakes when I'm stopped foot on brake, but if I put car on neutral the vibration goes away. took it to dealer they can't find nothing wrong. the vibration start after about 10 min. driving. what could it be. "HELP"!!!
Go back to the dealer. Make sure the car starts shaking on the way there. And then request that the tech get in the car with you and physically show him the shaking.
It sounds like the torque converter is starting to wear a little bit. However, at this point it is not worth dropping the transmission to replace the torque converter. You can drive it for years that way. Scotty's Celica does that and he is still driving it. If you don't like the vibration then just put it in neutral everytime you come to a stop.
Check the torque converter.
