Car Shakes with Window Open

Hi Scotti

I have this 2021 unmentionable brand midsize SUV. One thing I have noticed. With all the windows closed the car is reasonably quiet. If I open the just the front drivers side window the car resonates and shakes and my ears pop. It makes me feel like a cartoon character that's just been hit on the head. Any combination of two windows open and there is no problem. Is this typical of midsize SUV's?

Happened with my blazer if I just cracked  the rear windows the slightest, the wind would make some odd noises.
