Hello,
My car stalls when idling, especially noticeable when the air conditioner is turned on. I attempted to clean the TPS and IVAC, as well as changing the air filter. The RPM remains steady at 6000 when idling and does not fluctuate.

Now I assume you mean the idle of 600 not 6,000 6000 is totally too high. If it's 600, that's hiding a little bit too low, but unfortunately they're now adjustments on modern cars. So I would say check for vacuum leaks. Watch my video finding engine vacuum licks on your car Scotty. It's on YouTube
