my mom has a 2000-2003 chev trailblazer that we reciently replaced the battery and alternator but when you start the car it does fast clicks. continues to do it more than half the time when driving. i know if you get clicks and it won't start its usualy electrical. the ac used to work proper but now only blows on up to 3 of 5, used to do 4, used to do 5 before that not sure how long it took each change. is the clicking electrical? ac related? tried pulling 2 fuses for the ac to start it with that disabled but it still blew air and no fuse for "HVAC" listed like some youtube videos said to pull for 2min to reset it. i have the sliders style one and my fuse box looks half the size of theirs. also don't really hear the clicking with the hood up trying to liston for it but does sound like its in the dash. tried looking behind the glove box to unplug a ac door that can get stuck and do something simular like another video said more generic but trailblazers don't seem to have it there

Definitely sounds like an electrical issue. The clicking you are hearing is likely a relay in the dash. GM is known for having electrical issues, and tracking them down can be a real headache.
