Car undercarriage creaks when turning

Hi Scotty, my 2002 Honda Accord LX makes a creaking clicking sound (kind of like metal on metal ) whenever I turn the steering wheel all the way to the left. It will happen when stationary and when driving and turning. It is consistent and only seems to happen when turning left. Thanks.

worn out suspension or steering linkage

Well since they don't have any lubrication points my advice is go to all the rubber bushings and spray them with WD-40 and if the noise goes away and none of them are ripped or torn and it has no play when you jack up the car and pull on the wheels I just continue to spray it with WD-40 it doesn't hurt anything. Of course replace Warren or broken parts
