Hey Scotty, I have a 2019 Honda Accord with the 2.0 turbo engine. I was wondering if I should be worried about carbon build-up and if so what should I do about it and at what mileage should I do something.

All GDI engines will develop carbon buildup in time on the valves, if not sooner rather than later. I would recommend cleaning it every 30,000 miles.
Scotty has a video on how to do it, or you can Google CRC intake valve cleaner and the proper procedure in doing so.
