I recently bought a 2010 BMW 135i M-Sport convertible E88.  6 cylinder twin turbo.  58k miles.  $11,000.  I couldn't talk the wife out of it.  It's just too cute and I have to admit it's a blast to drive.

Yeah I've seen all the Scotty videos bashing on BMWs and I agree.  I know this car is soon to be a money pit!  Everything is plastic under the hood, twin turbos fail, fuel injectors, timing chains fail, charge pipes fail and pretty much everything costs thousands and thousands of dollars to fix!

I just got this money pit covered with Car Shield's Gold package for $99.  A little piece of mind for all the things I know that will go wrong.  This covers all the electrical, engine, turbos, transmission, axles, differentials, fuel injectors, cooling system, A/C... and on and on.

Here's a tip for you guys looking to get your 20 year old or less car covered again, just like it was new off the lot call these guys.  They will try to come in high.  They started with me for $179 a month.  I laughed.  After about 2 mins of negotiations I felt comfortable with $99 a month with a $100 deductible.  Maybe I could have gotten it lower. You can take it to any dealership or any ASE certified repair facility in the United States or Canada. All claims are paid directly over the phone.

You also get roadside assistance, rental car reimbursement, hotel reimbursement, up to a specific dollar amount per day.

All I know is I feel a weight has been lifted now that I know this money pit isn't going to be my money pit when things start going wrong.

If you want the same feeling go to https://carshield.com/refer and use contract # MRF3425790.  We'll both get a $25 Amazon gift card!

Cheers!

I don't know if I would trust this website, this is a lot like insurance, they will say they cover it buy when it actually comes down to something they won't cover it, or it is a pain to get it covered.

Check out complaints about Carshield at BBB. Hope it works out for you, but I'd be wary of any warranty company. The vast majority are confidence tricksters that find any way possible to deny coverage when you need it.
