No. (It will not help much with a plugged-up catalytic converter either.)
You have provided none of the vehicle information requested in the posting instructions. If your O2 sensor tests as being bad just replace it. Be sure to install an OEM part purchased from a trustworthy source. (There are a lot of counterfeits being peddled by Amazon and eBay sellers.)
