Hello I have three 3 cars one is a 2000 Toyota solara with 108k miles a 2003 chevy silverado with 111k miles and a 2012 Volvo xc90 with 123k miles they all have code p0420 and p0430 what is the best catalytic converter cleaner thanks i Have Tried a lot but wouldn’t mind trying more thank you and stay safe

I've never seen it actually work
they all have code p0420 and p0430

If you've already tried various snake oil products another is very unlikely to do anything but further lighten your wallet.
Have you done any troubleshooting to check for other possible causes aside from the converter itself? Although the catalytic converter is the most common, there are other potential causes worth investigating.

Cleaning a catalytic converter may not do anything. The catalytic converter is designed to last the lifetime of the car. I had a 1999 Ranger with almost 300k miles on it and it was still on the original catalytic converters. You need to troubleshoot. Two of your cars are pretty old. If you have an exhaust leak, it will most likely trip that code, or codes. You could also have lazy oxygen sensors.
