Hey Scotty I have a 2007 Camry Ce. I changed the converter Bank 1 and both oxygen sensors and light comes back after driving for some miles. Is there an exhaust Leak or Evap Leak somewhere ? Please Help. Car does not hold up on gas either. 4 Cyl.

We can't tell that from here. Exhaust leak is one of the possible causes for P0420, among others. Wasn't that checked for prior to replacing the catalytic converter?

You most likely wasted over $1500 plus labor changing your catalytic converter. Problems with the catalytic converter almost always originate with the engine, not the cat. It's designed for the lifetime of the car. My 1999 Ranger with 291k miles still has the original catalytic converters.
Did you use OEM (Denso) parts? Oxygen sensors are critical for proper functioning of the catalyst. Cheap, Chinese aftermarket parts won't cut it.
Evap leaks don't trip the check engine light as an inefficient catalytic converter. It would be something with the Evap system.
