How to get rid of exhaust fume smell in my car. i accidentally left my brand new truck running in the garage for a whole day with ac on and garage closed. the inside and ac vents smell exhaust fumes. please advise. Thank you.

Yeah they have really tiny particles. Those fumes. You would probably be best to pay a pro to use an ultrasonic cleaner that Jenny gets rid of those small smells
