I have a 2003 Toyota Celica GTS, 175k miles, manual 6 speed, bought from private party. The issue is, when the outside temperature goes below 50 degrees my heat is not warm. The car heats properly at 190 degrees, I have replaced the thermostat with an OEM from Toyota. Also burped and flushed the coolant system. Any help would be greatly appreciated with the cold months approaching.

You probably need a new heater blower resistor. AutoZone #JA1322 - $65.99. Are you sure you burped all the air out of the system with the heater set on High?
